Owner screens
The owner checks whether the ID is available, creates an account at checkout, and pays to unlock contact.

After verified payment, contact is unlocked. Funds stay held internally until confirmed return or an admin decision.

Found ID listings become searchable immediately. Duplicate active records are blocked.
Use the API/dashboard after signing in as a finder to create a listing. The form accepts private card details and optional photos.
